Mascha Belagamage is the Executive Assistant to President & CEO, Susie Grynol, at the Hotel Association of Canada.
Mascha brings eight years of experience in progressive administrative roles, most recently supporting C-Suites at a global Fortune 50 company. She has a keen understanding of business operations, with a particular interest in the optimization of administrative processes, event planning and the implementation of new technologies. With a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of British Columbia, Mascha draws on the methodological nature of the social science to gain a deep, holistic understanding of business operations and industry.
Mascha has previous experience as a travel agent and is very excited to be back working in an industry that creates joy for so many.
